  • Select colors. (Ask your project manager for assistance)

  • HOA approval

  • Sign color release form

SCHEDULING 

  • Project coordinator intro call

  • Schedule pressure wash/paint dates 

  • Expect confirmation emails with details 

  • Confirm colors Wednesday before

PRESSURE WASH

  • Secure pets, close windows, clear off decks, patios and porches.

  • Unnecessary for anyone to be home 

  • Provide access to backyards and water spigot

  • Remember the purpose of the wash is to RINSE the surfaces to be painted and we will not damage your home or siding

INTRODUCTION CALL FOR PROJECT MANAGER

  • Expect call Saturday days prior to start date 

  • Schedule initial walk through

PRELIMINARY WALK THROUGH

  • Meet your project manager and crew 

  • Confirm details, warranty and color location

  • Discuss your project time-line

PREP AND PAINT

  • Protect and beautify your home

  • Daily clean-up performed 

  • Contact project manager for all inquiries

FINAL INSPECTION & PAYMENT

  • Project manager schedules final inspection

  • Inspection completed with project manager

  • Collect final signatures and payments

  • Project manager authorizes warranty
